Description: This jazz dance is set to ABBA’s Me and I, which is about having two sides of yourself–the confident and the insecure, the silly and the serious. That contrast comes through in this dance with playful movement, group dynamics, and plenty of ripples. The choreography includes kicks, turns, simple jumps, rolls, and moments to let loose and have fun. Everything is modifiable! My main goal is to create an environment where dancers can enjoy themselves, lean into the funky side of jazz, and celebrate ABBA’s unique groove together!
